Alternation Education

The alternation of teaching is the teaching method of education, in which studentscombine periods of study in the Agricultural School with periods of work on the familyfarm or a farm.

In this way the learning process associated with the world of work, involving the familyand living environment, making young people acquire them existential, fundamental knowledge of modern agriculture.

Contact with business reality

To ensure appropriate contact with reality agro business, students conduct regular visitsto study agricultural business to learn about successful experiences, document themand incorporate them into their professional experience. Also during the study periodwas conducted conversations with industry professionals, this space serves as a bridgefor the transmission of existing knowledge on agriculture, livestock and agribusiness.Finally, with an annual, field trips are conducted with members of each academic yearand in this way our students have the opportunity to meet the agricultural reality in other parts of Peru and abroad.

The Internship

Mutual coexistence during the study periods, provides a new experience of socializationand personal development of students. Learn to live with young people from various areas, with other characters and expectations. This leads them to grow in virtues andvalues such as responsibility, order, diligence, generosity, respect and obedience, all within the exercise of personal freedom.
